Policies & Disclaimers


1. Appointment & Booking Policy

  • All appointments require a valid credit card or debit card on file to secure your booking.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required for select services. Deposits are applied to your final balance.

  • Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes will result in rescheduling or a shortened service, while the full-service price will still apply.

  • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • In the event that we attempt to charge the card on file for a no-show and the transaction declines, the client will be banned indefinitely from booking future appointments.


2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis, but proof may be required.


3. Refunds & Retail Products

  • All services are non-refundable once rendered.

  • If you are dissatisfied, you must notify the studio before leaving your appointment so adjustments can be made.

  • All retail products, including brow pencils and any cosmetic items, are final sale with no refunds, returns, or exchanges permitted under any circumstances, whether opened or unopened.


4. Service Disclaimer

  • Results may vary depending on skin type, hair growth, and client aftercare.

  • By booking, you acknowledge that Quiet Luxury Brow Studio does not guarantee identical results to photos, models, or social media examples.

  • Client understands that beauty services carry inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reaction, irritation, or uneven results.


5. Client Health & Consent

  • Clients must disclose all health conditions, allergies, medications, and recent cosmetic procedures prior to service.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if it is determined unsafe or inappropriate.

  • By receiving services, the client voluntarily assumes all risks and releases Quiet Luxury Brow Studio and its staff from liability.


6. Medical Conditions & Risk Disclosure

Clients with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, high blood pressure, skin disorders, or known allergies, must disclose this information prior to receiving any service at Quiet Luxury Brow Studio.

By booking and receiving services, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. Medical Clearance: Clients with diabetes, high blood pressure, allergies, or other chronic conditions are encouraged to obtain clearance from their healthcare provider before undergoing beauty treatments.

  2. Increased Risk: These conditions may increase the risk of skin irritation, delayed healing, infection, or adverse reactions to products used.

  3. Assumption of Risk: The client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with receiving beauty services while having such conditions and releases Quiet Luxury Brow Studio and its staff from any liability, claim, or damages arising from complications related to their disclosed or undisclosed medical condition.

  4. Duty to Disclose: Failure to disclose medical conditions or allergies prior to service constitutes a breach of this agreement, and Quiet Luxury Brow Studio will not be held responsible for any resulting issues.


7. Identification Policy

  • All first-time clients must present a valid government-issued photo ID prior to receiving services.

  • The name on the ID must match the name used for booking and the card used for deposit.

  • Quiet Luxury Brow Studio reserves the right to deny service if proper identification is not provided.

  • Repeat clients may be asked to re-verify identification if payment information changes, or if deemed necessary for fraud prevention.


8. No Minors Policy

  • Quiet Luxury Brow Studio does not provide services to individuals under the age of 18.

  • Identification will be required to verify age when necessary.

  • Booking an appointment for a minor, or attempting to bypass this policy, will result in a permanent ban from future services.


9. Children & Guests Policy

  • For safety and comfort, no children or additional guests are allowed in the treatment area unless being serviced.


10. Photography & Media Release

  • Before/after photos may be taken for training, marketing, or portfolio purposes.

  • Clients must sign consent before images are shared publicly.

  • Declining photo release will not affect service.


11. Payment Policy

  • Credit cards and debit cards are only accepted for deposits.

  • All final balances must be paid in cash at the time of service.

  • Failure to pay at the time of service will result in a police report being filed and legal action taken for theft of services under Florida law.

  • Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes related to deposits will be treated as theft and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

  • Client understands that initiating a chargeback without cause constitutes fraud, and Quiet Luxury Brow Studio reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies.


12. Aftercare & Client Responsibility

  • Clients acknowledge that proper aftercare is essential to achieving and maintaining desired results.

  • Quiet Luxury Brow Studio will provide written or verbal aftercare instructions following each service.

  • The studio is not responsible for results affected by a client’s failure to follow aftercare instructions.


13. Personal Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

  • Quiet Luxury Brow Studio maintains a professional and respectful environment.

  • Aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated.

  • Such conduct may result in immediate termination of service, permanent ban from the studio, and legal action if necessary.


14. Social Media & Public Statements Policy

  • Quiet Luxury Brow Studio values client feedback and is committed to resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Clients agree to first bring any dissatisfaction, service concerns, or product issues directly to the studio’s attention and allow a reasonable opportunity to address the matter before publishing negative statements on social media or public platforms.

  • While honest opinions and fair reviews are respected, any false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious statements made about Quiet Luxury Brow Studio, its staff, or its services — whether online or offline — may be considered defamation under Florida law.

  • Clients acknowledge that making such statements without just cause, or without first attempting resolution directly with the studio, may result in legal action to recover damages.


15. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

  • Quiet Luxury Brow Studio will not be held responsible for cancellations, rescheduling, or loss of service caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, hurricanes, floods, power outages, government orders, or emergencies.

  • In such cases, appointments will be rescheduled at the earliest possible availability without penalty to the client.


16. Shipping & Handling Policy

  • All retail orders are processed within 7–10 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other carriers at the discretion of Quiet Luxury Brow Studio.

  • Once shipped, clients will receive tracking information via the email provided at checkout.

  • Quiet Luxury Brow Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.


17. Damaged or Defective Products

  • All products are inspected before shipment to ensure quality.

  • Quiet Luxury Brow Studio is not responsible for items that are damaged during transit or that may contain manufacturer defects.

  • Clients acknowledge that all product sales are final and no refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

  • If an item is damaged in transit, clients must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using their tracking number.


18. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Quiet Luxury Brow Studio is no longer responsible for the package.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the client.

  • Clients must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier if a package is stolen or missing after delivery.


19. Packaging Disclaimer

  • Product packaging may vary from images shown online due to updates, supplier changes, or availability.

  • Packaging differences do not affect product quality, and such variations are not grounds for return, refund, or exchange.


20. Right to Refuse Service

  • Quiet Luxury Brow Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or failure to comply with studio policies.


21. Legal Disclaimer (Florida Jurisdiction)

  • Quiet Luxury Brow Studio operates under Florida law.

  • Clients agree that any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

  • These policies are legally binding and subject to change without prior notice.
