Welcome to Quiet Luxury Brow Studio. Please review our policies carefully before booking. By confirming your appointment, you agree to the following terms:
⏳ Booking & Amendments
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service balance at the time of your appointment.
- Changes to bookings (rescheduling or service swaps) must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Same-day appointment changes will not be offered. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, you will need to reschedule to the next available open day and time. This ensures fairness to other clients and respect for the staff’s time.
⏰ Lateness Policy
- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and your deposit forfeited. This is to maintain fairness and respect for other clients.
❌ No-Shows
- One no-show = permanent ban. If you miss an appointment without notice, you will not be allowed to rebook in the future.
💳 Payments, Deposits & Chargebacks
- Cash only is accepted for all remaining service balances.
- All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits will be credited toward your service balance at your appointment.
- Any attempt to dispute or charge back a deposit or service payment will be considered fraud. Legal and criminal action will be pursued, and the client will be held liable for all associated fees, damages, and costs.
🏃 Walk-Outs & Non-Payment
- Leaving the studio without paying is theft. Anyone who attempts to “run out” will have charges pressed and be held legally responsible.
🚫 Refunds
- All services are non-refundable.
- All retail products are final sale — no refunds or exchanges.
👩🏾⚕️ Health, Safety & ID Verification
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment to verify age and identity. This protects against fraud, chargebacks, and theft.
- We do not provide services to minors (18+ only).
- Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free brow/skin area for services.
- Clients with certain conditions — including diabetes, high blood pressure, sensitive skin, allergies, open wounds, recent peels, or other medical concerns — may not be eligible for all services. Please disclose any health conditions before your appointment so we can determine eligibility.
- Right to Refuse Service: For safety and professional reasons, Quiet Luxury Brow Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior, fails to comply with policies, or poses a health/safety risk.
🩺 Medical Liability Release
By booking an appointment with Quiet Luxury Brow Studio, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Certain beauty services (including, but not limited to, brow tinting, waxing, facials, and cosmetic applications) may carry potential risks such as skin irritation, allergic reactions, redness, swelling, or other side effects depending on your individual condition.
- You have disclosed (or will disclose) any known allergies, skin sensitivities, and medical conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, high blood pressure, and sensitive skin, as well as any use of medications that may affect your service.
- You release Quiet Luxury Brow Studio, its owner, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, adverse reactions, or complications that may arise from services or treatments.
- Results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
- You accept full responsibility for your own health and confirm that you are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that may interfere with your treatment.
📸 Photo & Video Release (Optional)
- Clients may be asked if they are comfortable having photos or short videos taken during or after services for training, marketing, or promotional purposes.
- Participation is completely optional — you are free to decline without it affecting your service.
- By agreeing, you grant Quiet Luxury Brow Studio permission to use the media on social platforms, websites, or promotional materials.
📲 Social Media & Reputation Clause
- Clients agree not to post false, misleading, or defamatory comments, reviews, or content regarding Quiet Luxury Brow Studio, its owner, or its staff on any social media or public platform without first allowing the studio an opportunity to resolve any concerns.
- Negative, slanderous, or malicious posts intended to harm the studio’s reputation will be considered a breach of this agreement.
- Clients who violate this clause agree to be legally and financially responsible for damages resulting from such actions.
✅ Agreement
By confirming your appointment, you:
- Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Quiet Luxury Brow Studio policies.
- Accept full responsibility for your actions and hold the studio harmless from any disputes, chargebacks (including deposits), medical issues, or losses.
- Understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in permanent banning, legal action, and liability for all fees and damages.
